<<Position Title: Sales & Marketing Representative>> Experience is not required, training is provided
Your Roles and Responsibilities (but are not limited to)
• Excellent customer service and handling customers’ requests
• Effectively arrange promotions and pricing information to customers based on business negotiation skills
• Maintain customers’ databases by inputting customer profiles and updates
We are excited about you if you have
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Interpersonal and customer service skills
• Organized and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
