Retail 겸 Wholesale customer service and sales in house.
Duties include but not limited to;
* Retail and wholesale daily sales and customer service operations
* Working close with CEO for monthly sales promo ideas for retail and professionals
* Communicate and work alongside the production and purchasing teams
* New trend items research
* Develop relationships with customer over the phone, in person, & via email
* Follow up regularly with customers to create new orders, re-orders,
QUALIFICATIONS;
* Computer Skill and Proficiency in MS Office such as Word and Excel
* Bilingual (English a must and Spanish or Korean) preferred.
* Min. 2 years Experience in house sales and retail store related management in Beauty Industry
* Detail-oriented and organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Honest and responsible person.
