Hiring Project Manager for Marketing Research Firm

We are looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager who is ambitious, hardworking, and able to deal with pressure.
Your role when you join will be to assist our team in conducting our research projects by coordinating with vendors (figuring out logistics, negotiating costs, etc.), managing personnel on-site and assisting with any other client needs that may come up.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain schedules/plans for the successful completion of research projects
• Secure and manage sub-contracted vendors
• Review and proofing of data output
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and suppliers alike
• Monitor and control budgeting costs

Requirements:
• Able to legally work in the US.
• Fluent in both English and Korean.
• Able to travel freely within the US and internationally when restrictions are lifted.
• No previous market research experience required
• No degree requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

This position is mainly a “Work at Home” position, but we may require office visits a few times a month, so looking for candidates in the Orange County or LA County area.
