1. Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist

Position Summary:
E-commerce Specialist manages and optimizes product listings within given specific online channels, and research and develop strategic planning to drive higher ROI.


Responsibilities:
- Assisting the team manager / operation director by compling data and analyzing the market trend
- Manages and optimizes product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, etc)
- Promote listings through advertisement and other activities
- Research additional activities within marketplaces to increase SEO and analyze the product performance


Requirements:
- Bilingual (Korean/English) preferred butnot mandated
- A B.A. or B.S. from a 4 year university or equivalent experience preferred but not mandated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as project and time-management skills
- High comfort level with MS Excel and the ability to use analytical thinking and tools to guide marketing tactics
- Decent math background (algebra a must, but calculus and statistics a definite plus)
- Highly-energized, able to think abstractly and logically, and able to follow detailed instructions

2. Job Title: Warehouse Clerk

Position Summary:
Responsible for assisting Warehouse Manager in a variety of warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, unloading and loading trucks, fulfilling purchase orders, and keeping warehouse organized.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the warehouse manager with daily assigned operation
- Processing and managing B2B and B2C orders
- Merchandise Inbound/outbound management
- Logging and managing RMAs, Insurance and other chargeback claims


Requirements:
